Mary Carlisle (1912):

I have NO CLUE how I forgot Mary Carlisle in my last post! I LOVE her! Too obvious, I guess. I didn't add many stars from the 50s and 60s. I don't think they are quite old enough yet. Stars from the 20s and 30s are very scarce, though. And stars from the 40s are beginning to die off :(

Again, feel free to add yours to the comments.

  5. The Boyfriend was watching a movie with Angela Lansbury in it the other day and I heard him muttering "Angela Lansbury, Who could ever believe she used to be BEAUTIFUL. All I can think of is Murder, she wrote." hahaha

  7. Gloria DeHaven was a firecracker in The Rifleman episode, "Eddie's Daughter", playing Lil Halstead, a gold-digging dance hall girl with - you guessed it - a heart of gold.

She carried with her the scent of Lily of the Valley, but Mark instinctively preferred the smell of horses to her fragrance.

Lil as played by Gloria DeHaven reminds me of Stevie Nicks.
