Shorts only. They are made for short people (as always), so they didn't turn out very high-waisted on me.

Fun to make! I think mine turned out to be more 60s-does-20s, but I still love it!

Dress #8 -- Very Easy Vogue 8396 (ca. 1973)

I made this dress in 2015 and I loved it so much I made another one in this 70s-ish fabric!

I LOVE this pattern and I can make a closet full of these, but I'm not quite sure pukey yellow is my color.

UPDATE: Shortened it.

Dress #7 -- Simplicity 8123 (2016)

EH. Not as cute as I envisioned. I may fix it up one day.

Dress #6 -- The One Hour Dress (1924)

Just the bare-bones basic model made from left over fabric. I mostly made this just to see if I could do it correctly. And I did lol. I might add a cute collar at some point. Maybe make it again it more suitable fabric so it's cute and wearable. I'm aware this one looks like a hospital gown -- but it was just an experiment.

Took me about 2.5 hours for my first try. If I were to make this again, it would probably take closer to an hour now that I know what I'm doing. Super easy.

Dress #5 -- Gertie's Shirtwaist Dress (2012)

I made this in an 8 in 2016, but had to downsize to a 6 for this one.
